We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage HR processes, ensure policy compliance, and maintain smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other internal systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.), and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, ensuring employees are informed and adhere to them.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor HR processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to ensure smooth HR workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement automation solutions where applicable.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, compliance queries, and workplace concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2.5+ years of experience in HR operations with strong knowledge of policies and compliance.
  • Proficient in HR software (HRIS, Workday, Zoho People, SAP HR, or equivalent).
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
