Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support HR team in onboarding and documentation of new employees
  • Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives
  • Assist in other day-to-day HR operations as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed (HR specialization preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
