Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support HR team in onboarding and documentation of new employees
- Participate in employer branding activities and campus hiring initiatives
- Assist in other day-to-day HR operations as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresher
Pay: ₹7,500.00 per month
