We are looking for a **highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern/Fresher** to join our HR team in Pune. This role offers hands-on experience in **end-to-end recruitment**, talent sourcing, and HR operations. If you have **excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and a passion for HR**, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Sourcing & Screening**:

- Post job openings on platforms such as **Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed**.
- Assist in **scheduling interviews** and coordinating with hiring managers.

**HR Operations & Support**:

- Draft and refine **job descriptions and hiring strategies**.
- Support HR documentation and other administrative tasks as required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
✔ Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Google Suite, and HR software.
✔ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
✔ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR functions.
