Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring efficient and personalized service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay. This includes handling luggage assistance, transportation arrangements etc.,
  • Creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere at the front desk, and striving to exceed guest expectations
  • Overseeing reservation procedures, room assignments, and inventory control to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Coordinating with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Responding to guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing special requests promptly and effectively.
  • Preparing daily reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and contributing to the overall performance of the front office.
  • Managing the front desk budget, handling financial transactions, and ensuring accuracy of records.
  • Ensuring all front desk operations adhere to the resort's policies and procedures.
  • Observing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and offer coaching to improve skills and service delivery
