Asst Confectioner

Job Title: Assistant Confectioner (Freshers Hotel Management Graduates/Diploma holders)

Experience: 01 year (Freshers Welcome)

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts / Bakery & Confectionery

Shifts: Rotational | Includes weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and baking of cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts
• Support senior confectioners in mixing, icing, and decorating
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines (FSSAI standards)
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and prep areas
• Assist with daily mise en place, inventory checks, and packing
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts / Bakery & Confectionery
• Basic knowledge of baking ingredients and tools
• Strong interest in cakes, pastry, and dessert production
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, hygiene, and teamwork
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and festivals
