We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tender Executive (preferably in the field of medical industry) to join our team who will be responsible for managing the tender & GEM process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful submission of tenders, and maintaining records of day-to-day submissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tender Management: - Manage the tender process, including receipt, review, and submission of tenders. Ensure timely and successful submission of tenders.

2. Tender Research and Analysis: - Conduct research on upcoming tenders and analyze tender requirements. Identify opportunities and risks associated with each tender. Provide recommendations to management on tender participation

3. Tender Documentation: - Prepare and coordinate the submission of tender documents, including proposals, bids, and other supporting documents. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.

4. Tender Tracking and Reporting: - Track and monitor tender status, including submission, evaluation, and award. Provide regular updates and reports to management on tender progress.

5. Compliance and Governance: - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender-related activities.

Key Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tender & GEM management, business development, or a related field.

3. Skills:

· Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge: Familiarity with tendering processes, procedures, and regulations.
