Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads for IT and digital marketing services.
  • Understand client requirements and present customized service proposals.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, client acquisition, or lead closing (IT industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as websites, apps, and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or lead management platforms.
