Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Business Development Executive at Azuro by Square Yards. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating high-value leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships. The Senior Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that drive business growth and ensure the success of the company's property management services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong expertise in Business operations and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency in market research and client acquisition techniques
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry is a plus
