Relationship Manager – Business Loan (BL)

Compensation: Up to ₹20,000/month + Incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Business Loans (BL) who will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive loan sourcing, handle customer relationships, and ensure smooth loan processing.
Responsibilities
• Source and generate leads for Business Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist in preparing loan applications and coordinate with banks/NBFCs.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly loan disbursement targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reporting.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in loans/DSA/financial services (freshers with MBA/Finance/Marketing background can apply).
• Strong communication in English & Malayalam (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & loan process preferred
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.
