Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team and company goals.
  • Oversee and manage the sales process, ensuring timely deliveries and installations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance individual and team success.
  • Ensure smooth post-sale support by coordinating with logistics, technical support, and customer service teams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales performance management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
