Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Promote and sell medical equipment to healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team and company goals.
- Oversee and manage the sales process, ensuring timely deliveries and installations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance individual and team success.
- Ensure smooth post-sale support by coordinating with logistics, technical support, and customer service teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales performance management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
