Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dindigul for the role of Relationship Manager. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored financing solutions. You will manage client portfolios, negotiate financial terms, identify new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to process and complete financial transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit understanding, and the development of tailored financial solutions.
- Sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to operate effectively in an on-site environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the financial industry, particularly Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFC) or lending institutions, is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
