Position Overview
The Project Leader – CEO Strategy Office is a key driver of strategic initiatives and growth projects that support the CEO's vision and the company's rapid expansion. This role requires a hands-on, highly adaptable individual who can work closely with leadership to turn strategic priorities into executable plans. You will lead critical cross-functional projects, drive alignment across teams, and ensure that high-impact initiatives are delivered on time and with measurable results
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership
Lead and manage priority strategic projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning to execution and measurement.
Translate the CEO's vision into clear, actionable workstreams with defined deliverables and timelines.
Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth.
- CEO & Leadership Support
Work closely with the CEO to shape and drive the company's strategic agenda.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and performance dashboards to support decision-making.
Track the progress of key CEO initiatives, ensuring visibility and follow-through.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with functional heads (e.g., Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Tech) to drive execution and alignment.
Facilitate communication between teams to remove roadblocks and keep initiatives on track.
Act as a trusted point of contact between leadership and project teams.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Develop light but effective governance structures for tracking project progress and outcomes.
Monitor key metrics and flag risks or delays early, recommending practical solutions.
Provide concise, actionable updates to the CEO and leadership team.
- Change Management & Communication
Drive adoption of new processes and initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement.
Prepare communication materials for internal announcements, town halls, and strategy updates.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and agility across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
5–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, consulting, or project leadership roles — ideally in a fast-paced or scaling organization.
Proven ability to deliver results in environments with limited structure and evolving priorities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
