Sales and Lead Generation Executive

Job Description :
- Generate leads through cold calling and emailing.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the USA.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations aligned with international business practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Present company capabilities, case studies, and value propositions to prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Skills:
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international business development.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts (to align with international clients).
Timings : 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
