About The Company
The organization is developing a first-of-its-kind Agentic Digital Health Platform with a unified interoperability gateway, data fabric, and virtual assistants. It empowers healthcare teams with real-time connectivity and workflow automation.

Role Mission

  • Own top-of-funnel growth: traffic, content velocity, paid media, landing page conversions, and brand lift
  • Start as an IC, then scale into leading content, ads, automation, design & operations functions

KPIs
Key Responsibilities & KPIs

  • Weekly subscribers
  • Sub→Lead & Lead→MQL Conversion Rates
  • Leads/month
  • CPL & CAC efficiency

Day-to-Day

  • Run full-funnel paid campaigns (LinkedIn, GDN, retargeting)
  • Execute high-quality content across formats
  • Manage SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
  • Build content calendar & analytics framework
  • Identify and fix funnel issues quickly
  • Collaborate with sales, SDR & product marketing

Requirements
Technical Skills:

  • Mastery in paid digital ads
  • Strong content creation capabilities (short/long form)
  • SEO expertise; CRO experimentation
  • Analytics fluency (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, HubSpot)

Past Experience

  • Proven track record generating 50–100 inbound leads/month
  • Leadership experience (team management or cross-functional pods)
  • Preferred: U.S. healthcare marketing OR enterprise SaaS demand gen

  • Fast executor, highly analytical
  • Hands-on, creative, and growth-driven
  • Comfortable in lean, fast-paced environments
