Roles and Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Chennai. In this role, the Customer Care Executive will handle customer support, ensure customer service. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

Qualifications

· Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills

· Strong Communication skills

· Experience in Sales

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment

· Relevant work experience in a similar role is advantageous

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
