**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests for assistance.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and updating account information as needed.
- Educate customers about product features, pricing, and promotions to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about company products/services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
