**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Executive/Tele Caller, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls for the purpose of marketing, resolving customer inquiries and issues. You will be the front line of our company's interaction with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**You have to market our products and services to our customers.**
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on sales conversion.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Achieving set targets in terms of marketing, call handling and issue resolution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High Fluency in Hindi and English Speaking Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Good listening skills and empathy towards customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
