Key Responsibilities:

An inside sales representative is primarily responsible for selling products or services remotely, mainly by phone, email, or virtual meetings rather than through face-to-face customer visits. Key roles and responsibilities include:


• Generating and qualifying leads
: Researching and identifying potential customers, conducting outbound calls, emails, social media and other channels for assessing which leads are most likely to convert.


•
Engaging with prospects and clients
: Communicating product features, answering questions, demonstrating offerings through virtual presentations, and building strong customer relationships.


•
Negotiating and closing sales
: Discussing pricing, negotiating terms, addressing customer objections, and finalizing sales agreements to achieve targets.


•
Managing sales pipeline and CRM records
: Tracking all sales activities, updating leads and client details in CRM systems, and ensuring accurate reporting of interactions and progress. Track and report key metrics related to lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Collaboration
: Working closely with marketing and field sales teams, sharing insights, and contributing to team strategy. Provide feedback to Sales Team about lead quality.

Staying updated on products and market
: Maintaining knowledge of current industry trends, Competitor, offerings and market conditions to effectively pitch and sell.


•
Customer follow-up
: Ensuring client satisfaction during-sales, following up on issues, and encouraging repeat business.
