Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, based in Pune. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solar solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
