We're Hiring – Direct Sales Executive | SolarSquare Energy (Pune)

SolarSquare is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Individual Contributor to join our Direct Sales team in Pune.

Role: Direct Sales Executive (Individual Contributor)

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–4 years in Direct/B2C Sales (Solar, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate, or related fields preferred)

Type: Full-time | On-field role

Key Responsibilities:


• Drive direct sales of solar rooftop systems to residential customers


• Conduct product demos and consultations at customer locations


• Generate leads, follow up, and close deals independently


• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
