Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Pune. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in the car purchasing process, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, and providing professional advice to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and ability to drive successful sales processes
  • Commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction while building and maintaining long-lasting relationships
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively presenting product features and benefits
  • Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Consulting skills to understand and cater to individual client needs, offering tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a competitive environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
