About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive (SDR)
to generate, qualify, and nurture leads for our high-value data analytics solutions. The SDR will play a critical role in the sales funnel by identifying prospects, understanding their business needs, and booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
This role is ideal for someone energetic, persistent, and eager to grow into a high-ticket sales career.
Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target accounts across industries using LinkedIn, databases, and other tools
· Run personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage potential leads
· Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
· Book discovery calls and demos for Business Development Managers
· Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
· Track outreach performance and optimize messaging for higher conversions
· Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities
Requirements
·
–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or per-sales (B2B preferred)
· Graduate degree in any stream
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to engage with senior decision-makers confidently
· Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation
· Persistent, target-driven, and self-motivated
· Based in Pune, with flexibility for travel if needed

INR 15,000 – 30,000 per month
