Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Pune. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs, providing comprehensive consulting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves daily interactions with potential and existing clients, showcasing our solar solutions, and closing sales deals efficiently. The consultant will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Consulting abilities
  • Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical solutions
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Pune
  • Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
