Business Development Manager

- Do research on Industry Training & Consulting needs on Smart Manufacturing and other manufacturing topics (through industry surveys, interactions, and secondary research)
- Identify and launch New and relevant topics for Industrial Training
- Develop campaign materials like brochures and mailers etc.
- Market training through various channels like direct marketing, social media, internal databases etc
- Search and induct key experts and faculty to run training programmes and workshops
- Maintain and grow a functional industry database for marketing industrial training
- Do market research on industry segmentation related to sectors and level of participants, to better understand market needs
- Use social media to track new industry trends and practices
- Keep UpToDate knowledge on new technology trends and best practices in Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0) and other key manufacturing areas.
Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree preferred
- Knowledge in the Manufacturing space, including technological aspects.
