About the Role:

The EV Parts & Service Coordinator will play a key role in managing spare parts logistics, service coordination, and customer engagement for electric vehicle operations. This role ensures efficient order-to-delivery execution, timely service support, and seamless documentation aligned with company processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate spare parts logistics from order to delivery, ensuring availability, accuracy, and timely dispatch.
  • Manage customer engagement and relationship, ensuring high satisfaction through responsive communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide field-level technical support to service teams and dealers for EV components and systems.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance for parts movement, service activities, and internal audits.
  • Support warranty claim processing and AMC service scheduling, ensuring complete documentation and timely closures.
  • Maintain and analyze MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on parts, service, and performance metrics.
  • Drive process improvements through SOP implementation, elimination of non-value-added (NVA) activities, and value stream mapping (VSM).
  • Manage technical escalations and collect feedback from field teams for product and service improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong automobile technical knowledge, preferably in EV systems and components.
  • Expertise in spare parts identification & handling, with the ability to interpret catalogs and verify part compatibility.
  • Sound understanding of warranty and AMC processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP for documentation, tracking, and report generation.
  • Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and team collaboration abilities across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 25 years of experience in EV or automotive parts & service coordination.
