The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the two-wheeler service department. This includes supervising the service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining workshop efficiency, and achieving service revenue targets while upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate work to service advisors, mechanics, and technicians.
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced and delivered on time with proper quality checks.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery.
  • Monitor service revenue, spare parts usage, and workshop productivity.
  • Coordinate with the Spares Department for the availability of required parts.
  • Implement company policies, service standards, and warranty guidelines.
  • Maintain records of job cards, estimates, and service invoices.
  • Ensure proper documentation for warranty and free service claims.
  • Train and motivate service staff to achieve performance and quality goals.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workshop area.
  • Conduct periodic service camps, free check-up camps, and customer retention activities.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
