As a Service Relationship Manager, you will:


• Build long-term relationships with clients.


• Work quickly to address and resolve clients issues


• Provide strategies and work with clients


• Ensuring client satisfaction

Main Requirements:


• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.


• Must understand clients relationship management.


• Strategic thinker and problem solver.


• Ability to work well with others and lead a team.


• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to Multi task.

Academic Requirements:

Any UG/PG degree
