Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing financial guidance, and recommending suitable investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales and service targets, resolving customer queries, promoting the company's offerings, and staying updated on market trends. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management expertise, and client-centric approach
  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets and promote financial products effectively
  • Knowledge of financial services, investment strategies, stock markets, mutual funds, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail for addressing client queries and needs
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for the financial sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for financial services and CRM is an advantage
