  • Identify and source potential customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) in line with branch business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors, and channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct need-based customer discussions to understand financial requirements and offer suitable loan products.
  • Manage the entire loan process—from lead generation, document collection, and credit processing to disbursement.
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for timely EMI payments and ensure minimal delinquency.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales and lead data through internal systems.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and customer service.
  • Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to enhance business visibility and customer engagement.
  • Achieve monthly business targets across products and customer segments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
