Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that all scheduling needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your role will be critical in ensuring that operations run smoothly and that all team members are informed and prepared for their responsibilities. Key responsibilities include scheduling inspections and appointments, managing staff schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for anticipating scheduling needs and making adjustments as necessary to accommodate changes in priorities or availability. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a scheduling or administrative role, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

  • Having experience in the US Voice process/Customer Support/ Customer service/Customer management.
  • Prior experience in customer service is valued.
  • Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
