Position: Export–Import Documentation Executive

Location: Coimbatore

A leading recycling company is looking for an Export–Import Assistant/Executive to manage and coordinate international shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage export–import documentation.

Coordinate with shipping agents, CHA, and logistics partners.

Track shipment movements and ensure timely delivery.

Handle container size planning, loading/unloading procedures, and shipment schedules.

Manage customs clearance, duty payments, and related documentation.

Ensure compliance with export–import regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in international shipment coordination.

Strong knowledge of CHA processes, container handling, and customs procedures.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple shipments and documentation accuracy.

Female Candidate Most Preferable
