We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Marketing Officer – Field Operations to promote and expand the market presence of our cold-pressed edible oils. The role involves direct field engagement, dealer and retailer onboarding, market development, brand visibility enhancement, and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to identify and onboard retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.

  • Promote product awareness by explaining the benefits of cold-pressed oils to retailers -and customers.

  • Execute marketing campaigns and ensure proper placement of promotional materials in stores.

  • Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence on pricing, demand, and customer preference.

  • Organize product sampling activities, demos, and small-scale promotional events.

  • Achieve monthly market reach, visibility, and onboarding targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).

  • 1–2 years of field marketing or FMCG sales experience (edible oils or food category preferred) or freshers.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred for field mobility)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
