Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented
Business Development Executive
to strengthen our dealer and partner network, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility in the EV market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the EV ecosystem, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and business partners in targeted regions.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging EV trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute local promotional and dealer support initiatives.
  • Handle client queries, prepare sales proposals, and negotiate business terms effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Represent e-Ashwa Automotive at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in Business Development or Sales (EV or Automotive Industry preferred).
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
