Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Pre-Sales Executive for our Noida office who can support the sales team, understand client requirements, and communicate our solutions clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable Elcom solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and product demos
  • Support the sales team in lead qualification and conversion
  • Stay updated on product features and market trends
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for accurate information

Skills & Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales (SaaS/Cloud/IT preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation & documentation skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for customers
  • Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions
