Job Title
Support sales and proposal teams by designing tailored IT and Managed Outsourcing solutions for US clients. Develop RFP responses, presentations, and cost models to showcase value-driven offshore delivery capabilities from India.
Role & Responsibility
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Pre-Sales Specialist to support our US Sales and Proposal teams in developing winning solutions for Managed Outsourcing and IT Services engagements. This role bridges technology, business, and client needstranslating opportunities into compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions that demonstrate value, scalability, and efficiency through offshore delivery from India.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Proposal, and Delivery teams to develop customized solutions for client RFPs and proactive pitches.
- Conduct requirement analysis, scoping, and solution design for IT services and managed outsourcing models (Dedicated Teams, BOT, Managed Projects).
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and cost models tailored to client objectives.
- Support in RFP/RFI/RFQ responses by providing technical inputs, delivery frameworks, and estimations.
- Assist in creating capability decks, case studies, and solution blueprints for various verticals (Cloud, Digital, ERP, Data, etc.).
- Participate in client calls, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs alongside the Sales team.
- Ensure all proposed solutions align with organizational capability, scalability, and profitability.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, technology stacks, and delivery models to support solution innovation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, and Delivery) for pricing, contracting, and proposal accuracy.
- Contribute to the creation of reusable solution assets, templates, and sales enablement materials.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting experience in IT Services, Managed Outsourcing, or Offshore Delivery.
- Strong understanding of offshore engagement models Dedicated Teams, BOT, T&M, and Fixed Price.
- Experience with proposal writing, solution presentations, and cost estimation frameworks.
- Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal management tools (RFPIO, Loopio, Zbizlink).
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Proposal teams across time zones.
- Exposure to Cloud, Application Development, ERP, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation services preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, CRM).
