Enterprise Sales Manager

The individual would be a Hunter who has consistently exceeded order objectives / targets in previous positions. A work experience of 7-9 years autonomous & is geared up to work as an Independent Contributor. She / He would be the core of our Enterprise Solution Sales having a strong knowledge of BFSI Retail Pharma/Healthcare industry with a strong passion and hunger to exceed sales targets / objectives. Requirement :
- Enterprise Sales Manager - 7-9 Years exp BSFI Retail and Pharma/Healthcare( industry preferred ) ctc 7-15 LPA-Mumbai Remote (60% Travel)
- Enterprise Sales Manager-7-9 Years- MFG ( industry preferred LPA - Pune/NCR Or Bangalore-Remote (60% Travel)
- Enterprise Sales Manager-7-9 Years exp-Engineering and Utility ( industry preferred )7-15 LPA-NCR(location)-Remote (60% Travel)
Responsibilities :
- Achieve and exceed his / her sales order objectives.
- Identify Qualify & pursue New Logos while managing existing customers
- Smart with intelligence in creating a strong pipeline accuracy in forecasting order closures to meet annual target / order objective.
- Strong knowledge & experience in Account Mapping relation shipbuilding with key stakeholders decision
- makers and influencers across the organization
- Discipline of building account plans weekly meetings
- Go-getter attitude and an extrovert in building confidence & developing relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Align Pre-Sales team to provide solutions based on customer requirement to win orders.
- Sales cycle management from qualifying an opportunity solution definition presentation proposal creation
- strong negotiation skills and closing respecting AIQoD&rsquo s standards.
- Add value to marketing team by providing competitive information key technology events industry interaction.
Technology - Strong IT Sales knowledge of Digital Transformation Analytics RPA Enterprise Solutions based on Generative AI ML PaaS & SaaS Sales Strategy: - Developing and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identifying new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position the company competitively. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: - Identifing and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building. - Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing client needs and concerns in a timely manner. - Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Pipeline Management: - Managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. - Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline providing accurate and timely forecasts. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide s on sales performances and market trends. Sales Reporting and Analysis: - Preparing regular reports on sales performance forecasting and pipeline managementEducation/Experience Qualification
- Bachelor&rsquo s degree in engineering or sciences or related field is a must.
- Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Have a winner mentality and be goal oriented and driven by a performance-based compensation structure
