Role Description

We are seeking a Presales Associate-Fresher to join Bhanzu in a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs to effectively communicate Bhanzu's solutions, assisting the sales team in lead generation and qualification, and providing information to clients about the benefits of our products. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to present a compelling value proposition to potential clients and support the onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written capabilities, to engage effectively with clients
  • Consulting and Customer Service skills to guide and assist clients throughout their journey
  • Proficiency in Presales and a keen understanding of the sales funnel to help build relationships and generate leads
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for education
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
