Role & responsibilities -


• Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.

  • Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities, mostly with MFIs, FIs, and other potential partners and develop strategies to expand our footprint and value offerings.

  • Contract Negotiation & Finalization: Negotiate commercial terms of partnership agreements and contracts. Finalize and execute contracts with clear deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.

  • Billing & Financial Coordination: Oversee billing processes related to partners including invoicing, reconciliation, and ensuring timely payment collection. Collaborate with the finance team to track revenue generated from partnerships. Resolve billing discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

  • Planning & Reporting: Prepare detailed business plans, proposals, and performance reports for internal management and external stakeholders.

  • Presentation & Communication: Deliver clear and impactful presentations to senior leadership and external partners/clients.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure timely execution of partner-related initiatives.

  • Licensing & Registration Coordination: Manage and coordinate end-to-end processes for regulatory licensing and registrations required for business operations, including liaison with external bodies.

Preferred candidate profile

* Experience in fintech, banking, or digital payments.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance processes in the financial ecosystem.
  • Exposure to NPCI products, platforms, and engagement models.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or regulatory coordination.
  • Prior experience handling licensing or working with regulatory bodies like NPCI is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple partnerships and cross-functional coordination.
  • Business acumen with a proactive and results-driven approach.
