Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive (Female) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in residential real estate sales and will play a key role in generating and managing leads, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi and offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads for residential projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project details.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
  • Follow up with prospects to improve lead conversions.
  • Assist the sales team with pre-sales documentation and proposals.
  • Prepare presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials for clients.
  • Actively participate in customer meetings and provide project insights.
  • Track and report lead progress, sales metrics, and conversion rates to management.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach activities to generate interest in residential projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
  • Experience with any CRM software (e.g., ) is an added advantage.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred.
