Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Telecalling Executive is responsible for connecting with potential leads, understanding their requirements, providing initial information about the company's products or services, and setting up qualified appointments or site visits for the sales team. The role demands excellent communication, customer engagement, and data management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion & Qualification
- Call and follow up on leads received through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and references.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements before forwarding to sales.
- Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
- Customer Engagement
- Build rapport with potential clients and maintain a professional and positive tone.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant information.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or site visits for the field sales team.
- Data Management
- Update CRM or lead sheets daily with call feedback, lead status, and remarks.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before end of the day.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with sales executives and marketing teams for smooth lead handover.
- Provide regular updates on conversion progress and challenges.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments fixed.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Confident and persuasive speaking tone
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain consistency
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling / inside sales / customer service (real estate or similar industry preferred)
