We're looking for
a Senior Key Account Manag
er to own and grow HyperVerge's key accounts across Africa. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blend
s relationship depth, commercial ownership, and cross-sell acum
en. You'll be responsible for managing strategic BFSI and fintech accounts, ensuring renewals and zero churn, and driving revenue expansion through consistent upsell and cross-sell motions. The ideal candidate ha

Requirements / Qualif**

  • ications6–8 years of ex
    perience in enterprise/B2B tech sales or account man
  • agement.At least 3–4 years of direct exposure to Africa or Mid
    dle East BFSI/fintech
  • clients.Proven track re
    cord of upsell, cross-sell, and renewal o
    wnership — demonstrated success in driving account growth and re
  • tention.Prior experi
    ence in selling SaaS or API-based tech
    products to BFSI or regulated ente
  • rprises.Strong relationship builder with CXO-level engagement and negotiation exp
  • erience.Commercial acumen — comfortable owning revenue, forecasts, and complex deal str
  • uctures.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation
  • skills.Comfortable working remotely across time zones and cultures; travel flexibility (up to
