Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and onboard new clients, including NBFCs, banks, law firms, builders, and corporate houses.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide regular updates on services and performance.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored legal support solutions.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Develop business growth strategies aligned with LexAllies' niche services such as property legal searches, due diligence, and compliance support.
3. Brand Building & Networking
- Represent LexAllies at industry events, seminars, and networking platforms.
- Build strong professional connections to enhance the firm's visibility.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and digital presence.
4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with legal teams to ensure accurate delivery of services.
- Communicate client expectations clearly and ensure smooth workflow.
- Gather client feedback and help improve service quality.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Provide regular reports to management on business performance and opportunities.
- Track key metrics and suggest improvements for better outreach.
Qualifications
- Must have held senior position in NBFCs Or PSU Banks/ Housing Finance company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in finance domain
