About the Role:
We are looking for a Direct Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients directly, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve targets while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through direct sales.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead follow-up and client servicing.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve product offerings.
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (direct sales experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
- Strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Must be comfortable with travel and fieldwork.
