About the Role:

We are looking for a Direct Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients directly, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and motivated to achieve targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through direct sales.
  • Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for lead follow-up and client servicing.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve product offerings.
  • Represent the company professionally at all client interactions and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (direct sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
  • Strong presentation and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Must be comfortable with travel and fieldwork.
