ey Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Understand the job requirements and create clear, attractive job descriptions and postings.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' fitment based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Understanding of current market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time
