Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Faridabad. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to align recruitment efforts with company goals and standards.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing processes
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in hospitality or luxury services is a plus
