Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Recruitment based in Faridabad. The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for developing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and fostering strong employer branding. Daily tasks include conducting candidate interviews, managing graduate recruitment programs, and collaborating with various departments to identify staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques
  • Experience in Graduate Recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the CAD/CAM industry is a plus
