Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Business Analyst who can support our sales and technical teams in creating high-quality proposals, documentation, and requirements analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of applications, web application flow, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to understand client requirements and propose the right solutions.
  • Prepare end-to-end pre-sales documentation, including technical proposals, requirement documents, and solution outlines.
  • Analyze business needs, workflows, and application flows to define functional and technical requirements.
  • Draft and review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring complete and compliant responses.
  • Develop detailed documentation such as BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, Workflow Diagrams, etc.
  • Conduct research, competitor analysis, and prepare solution options or feasibility assessments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs, estimations, and solution details for proposals.
  • Support product demos, client presentations, and clarifications during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a repository of templates, presentations, case studies, and reusable solution documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Strong technical understanding of applications, software systems, and web application flow.
  • Excellent English writing skills—ability to write clear, structured, and professional documentation.
  • Proven experience in technical proposal writing.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in handling RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
  • Proficiency in preparing end-to-end documentation (BRD, SRS, FRD, User Stories, Flow Diagrams).
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, documentation tools, and diagramming tools.
