Role Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive
Business Analyst
who can bridge the gap between data, business operations, and strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, improving processes, and enabling data-backed decisions across teams such as Sales, Operations, and Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders to identify challenges, define key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to improve project timelines, vendor performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to translate business needs into system and workflow enhancements.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning exercises.
  • Create detailed documentation, process flows, and business cases for new initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to SaaS, ConstructionTech, Interior Design, or B2B platforms is an added advantage.
