Sales Operations Director

Oversee and manage Large Deals Team's financial reporting processes including month-end and quarter-end reports In-depth analysis to find trends in data that can be shared with leaders for actionable insights Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day tasks Direct preparation, review and analysis of data to ensure accuracy Regular reporting reviews (e.g. Quarterly reports) with Leadership to ensure timely updates Creation of automated portals, platforms, dashboards etc. for regular reporting Data lake creation and management of historic data for trend analysis Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations Minimum of 15 years of successful experience in program management, data analysis and reporting Expert in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc. Proven expertise in MS Excel (including macros), MS Powerpoint Proven expertise in creation of automated reporting dashboards Strong communication skills with experience in working with senior leaders Strong data analysis skills to gather actionable insights Strong management of stakeholders, sponsors and customer CXO executives Led large, diverse project teams in driving multiple org-wide programs across functions Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive team performance. Excellent project management and process skills
