We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: CityVista, B Wing, Office No. 611, Kharadi, Pune – 411014

Joining: Immediate

Interview Mode: In-Person (Walk-In at Office Only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and share business proposals with potential clients.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain strong client engagement as per company guidelines.
  • Route specific client queries to the Sales Manager for resolution.
  • Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and quality in all assigned deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize client records, files, and communication logs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and provide regular updates on progress and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Fast learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Strong computer literacy – proficient typing and smooth system handling.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude with a team-player approach and eagerness to grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹24,717.66 per month
